ProCare Therapy is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Medford. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed both academically and socially.

Position Overview

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• School-based position for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year
• Caseload assignments based on experience and district needs
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families
• Provide direct therapy services and progress documentation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Oregon SLP license required
• ASHA CCCs preferred (Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply)
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
