Job Description

This contract opportunity spans from August 17th, 2026, through June 11th, 2027, offering a flexible schedule of just one day per week. Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Prior experience working as a school-based OT, preferably with pediatric populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students according to IEP goals
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and establish treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Support the creation of accessible learning environments by recommending adaptive equipment or classroom modifications
- Promote independence and participation for students in a school setting
