Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for licensure in Indiana)
- Experience performing assessments, counseling, and interventions in K-12 settings
- Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of IEP development, RTI/MTSS frameworks, and best practices in educational psychology
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and report findings
- Develop and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based counseling and behavioral support to students
- Provide consultation and crisis intervention services as needed
