Step into a rewarding contract role supporting K-8 students at an Autism Center, offering your expertise as a School Psychologist for 20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing hours in the future. This essential position focuses on comprehensive psychological and educational services, including counseling, testing, and evaluations. Flexible arrangements are available: on-site presence is preferred, but candidates able to work on-site at least one day per week for direct testing and assessments while managing the remaining workload virtually will also be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active credentials as a School Psychologist
• Experience providing services to K-8 students, preferably in a school or clinical setting
• Skilled in conducting psychological assessments, testing, and evaluations
• Compassionate and effective in working with students on the autism spectrum
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable delivering services both in-person and through virtual platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive testing and psychological evaluations, with an emphasis on students with autism
• Deliver counseling and intervention services tailored for K-8 learners
• Document and maintain accurate records in accordance with professional standards
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support each student’s unique needs
• Adapt services between in-person assessment and virtual counseling as required
