A school district near Winchester is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to support students across the district while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• 35 Hours Per Week

School Year:

• August 2026 – June 2027

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans

• Consult with school teams regarding behavioral programming

• Support implementation of evidence-based behavior strategies

• Collaborate with families and community agencies

• Monitor intervention effectiveness through ongoing data review

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required

• Master's degree in a related discipline

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• 3-5 years of BCBA experience strongly preferred
