Contribute your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) by providing direct services to elementary and middle school students, making an immediate impact as the new school year begins.

This onsite position offers 25-30 hours per week, with the possibility to expand your hours if desired. Work with a manageable caseload of 30 students, utilizing a dedicated therapy room and resources designed to help you deliver effective, engaging sessions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active North Carolina SLP license or eligibility by start date
  • CCC-SLP credential preferred, open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Familiarity with ECATS system or willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting student success at elementary and middle school levels

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions onsite, focusing on students’ specific needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress
  • Document and monitor student outcomes within the ECATS system
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide consultative support as needed
  • Adapt interventions and materials as required to maximize student engagement
