Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Florida SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience or strong interest in working within school settings
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individual education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students, adapting methods for diverse learning needs
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Serve as a resource on communication disorders for the broader school community
