California Facility Is Looking for a Locums Psychiatrist

Key Responsibilities

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM — no on-call duties or overtime without prior approval.
• Manage a patient load of 10 to 12 individuals daily.
• Conduct outpatient adult psychiatry sessions on Mondays and Fridays.
• Provide crisis psychiatry services from Tuesday to Thursday.
• All services are onsite; telehealth options are not available.
• Perform one-hour evaluations for new patients and 30-minute medication checks.
• Hospital privileges are necessary for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $185.00 to $220.00.
• Compensation estimates may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications.
• Rates are all-inclusive, covering base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, on-call duties, and holiday work.
