Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting preschool students in a vibrant educational environment. This full-time position engages talented professionals with experience in schools-based OT and SLP services to make a lasting impact on children ages 3-5. Work alongside another on-site SLP and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to nurturing young learners across multiple school locations.

This role provides a unique blend of variety and collaboration—manage a caseload of up to 50 preschoolers, with another experienced SLP sharing responsibilities and offering support. In addition to direct SLP duties, specialists with occupational therapy skills are encouraged to apply, as the school is seeking expertise in both areas. Your work will span speech-language and occupational therapy needs, ensuring comprehensive support for students at a critical phase of development.

The assignment begins ASAP and runs through June 17, 2026, aligning with the academic calendar. Please note that spring break will be observed March 30-April 10, 2026. Flexible, tech-friendly interview scheduling is available via Google Meet next week.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy
• Valid California licensure or eligibility
• Recent experience with preschool or early childhood populations in a school setting
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload efficiently across multiple sites
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational talents
• Comfort with digital tools and remote meetings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy to preschoolers (ages 3-5)
