Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification and state licensure as a school psychologist
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Proficiency in administering psychological assessments and interpreting results
- Knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support and special education processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively balance onsite and remote responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify students’ learning and behavioral needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Serve as an advocate for student mental health and wellness
- Maintain thorough and confidential records in compliance with policy and regulations
