Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate and treat patients while addressing their physical, functional, and emotional needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes.
- Build a caseload aligned with your clinical interests and areas of passion.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists and clinical staff.
- Supervise and mentor physical therapy technicians as needed.
- Provide high-quality care while maintaining a balanced caseload.
- Treat an average of approximately 1.5 patients per hour, allowing you to focus on meaningful patient interactions rather than volume-based productivity.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for patient care, teamwork, and continued professional growth.
