Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Evaluate and treat patients while addressing their physical, functional, and emotional needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes.
  • Build a caseload aligned with your clinical interests and areas of passion.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists and clinical staff.
  • Supervise and mentor physical therapy technicians as needed.
  • Provide high-quality care while maintaining a balanced caseload.
  • Treat an average of approximately 1.5 patients per hour, allowing you to focus on meaningful patient interactions rather than volume-based productivity.


Qualifications:

  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for patient care, teamwork, and continued professional growth.
