Job Description
Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. You’ll work within a dynamic educational environment, making a meaningful difference with a manageable caseload of 30-50 students. This flexible assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through the end of the academic year, accommodating both full-time and part-time candidates (choose either five or two days per week to best suit your schedule).
Qualifications:
- Current and active SLP license
- Experience working within school settings, supporting K-12 populations
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in close consultation with teachers and parents
- Maintain thorough documentation, monitor progress, and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Provide guidance, support, and education to caregivers and staff regarding speech/language development
