Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Olympia, Washington

Qualifications and Credentials:

• Valid Washington State SLP license required
• Accepting SLP-CCC, CFY, and SLPA (with appropriate licensure)
• Experience in pediatrics, healthcare, and/or school settings highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to monitor progress and adjust services as needed
• Conduct therapy sessions individually or in groups within a supportive school environment
• Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide guidance to teachers and staff on language and communication development

• Full-time commitment: 35 hours per week, working 4 days each week
