Qualifications and Credentials:
- Valid Washington State SLP license required
- Accepting SLP-CCC, CFY, and SLPA (with appropriate licensure)
- Experience in pediatrics, healthcare, and/or school settings highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to monitor progress and adjust services as needed
- Conduct therapy sessions individually or in groups within a supportive school environment
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide guidance to teachers and staff on language and communication development
