We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our school-based team in Fairfield, California. Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
Create a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment that promotes student growth and independence.
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to support student success.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of academic and behavioral goals.
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and classroom management techniques to meet diverse learning needs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential (or eligibility to obtain one).
Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting is preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting student achievement.
