Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Prior experience in K-12 or pediatric speech-language services is highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress
  • Experience with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students requiring speech-language support
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that target students’ specific needs
  • Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, within school settings
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation per district and legal guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and support students in achieving academic and social goals
