Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience in K-12 or pediatric speech-language services is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress
- Experience with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students requiring speech-language support
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that target students’ specific needs
- Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, within school settings
- Maintain up-to-date documentation per district and legal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and support students in achieving academic and social goals
