Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to support the daily administrative and operational functions of an affordable housing community. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with resident files and compliance documentation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to support the daily administrative and operational functions of an affordable housing community. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with resident files and compliance documentation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Complete annual resident recertifications and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare, review, and upload move-in and resident files into the property management system (RPCS).
- Process and apply Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) accurately and timely.
- Scan, organize, and maintain resident checks and supporting documentation.
- Maintain and update weekly unit availability and occupancy logs.
- File and organize resident, compliance, and property records.
- Assist with resident correspondence and administrative support tasks.
- Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies.
- Support the Community Manager with day-to-day property operations and special projects as assigned.
- Previous experience in property management, affordable housing, leasing, or administrative support preferred.
- Experience with annual recertifications, resident files, or affordable housing compliance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
