Job Summary

A respected legal services firm in the Orlando, FL 32828 area is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal - HOA for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a highly organized legal professional with strong civil litigation experience, particularly in HOA, condominium association, foreclosure, or collections-related matters.

This position offers the opportunity to manage cases from inception through resolution in a collaborative, team-oriented law firm environment. Key Responsibilities

- Manage a high-volume HOA and condominium litigation caseload from case opening through resolution.
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents, including complaints, notices, liens, releases of liens, foreclosure documents, and collection-related pleadings.
- Track litigation deadlines, maintain case calendars, and ensure compliance with court filing requirements.
- Communicate professionally with HOA and condominium board members, homeowners, management companies, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams.
- Organize case files, review legal documents, and assist attorneys with litigation support and case preparation.
- Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $55,000 to $75,000 per year.
- Higher compensation may be available for highly experienced candidates.
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, with work from home Wednesdays and Fridays after training.
- Location: Orlando, FL 32828, Avalon Park and UCF area.
