Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Butchers/Meat Cutters for 7 immediate full-time, direct hire openings across Miami-Dade County, including Miami, Doral, Hialeah, Coral Gables, and nearby locations. This is a permanent opportunity with a well-established South Florida Argentine market and steakhouse environment known for quality meats, loyal customers, and a strong community reputation.
This Butcher/Meat Cutter role is ideal for skilled meat professionals who take pride in precision cuts, fresh product presentation, food safety, and excellent customer service. You will work alongside experienced meat department teams and have the opportunity to continue learning from master butchers in a stable, supportive, team-oriented environment.
Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English. Bilingual meat professionals with strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, bone, grind, and prepare beef, pork, poultry, and specialty meat products according to department standards.
- Wrap, weigh, label, merchandise, and display fresh meat products in a clean, attractive, and organized manner.
- Assist customers with meat selection, custom cuts, special orders, and product recommendations.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, freshness, and quality standards throughout the meat department.
- Receive, inspect, rotate, and stock meat deliveries to support daily department operations.
- Keep work areas, tools, equipment, cases, and refrigerated spaces clean, safe, and organized.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire, permanent position.
- Location: Multiple Miami-Dade County locations, including Miami, Doral, Hialeah, Coral Gables, and nearby areas.
