Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas Speech and Language Pathologist certification required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with school-based services and K-12 populations preferred
- Confidence in conducting evaluations and developing, implementing, and monitoring IEP goals
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations
- Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students across grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school and district policies
