Full-time opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to cover three leaves of absence within local education settings. Your expertise will help empower students across preschool, elementary, and middle school levels—making a direct impact in their academic and personal success.

In this role, you’ll work on-site, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and utilizing your clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic intervention. With average caseloads of about 55 students per SLP, you’ll develop tailored plans suited to individual needs, fostering improved speech and language outcomes. There is significant potential for contract extension or continued placement through the full academic year.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • An active California SLP license
  • Experience or interest in school-based SLP work (preschool, elementary, or middle school preferred)
  • Ability to manage caseloads and adapt interventions per student needs
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering direct speech and language therapy to students during school hours
  • Conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and monitoring progress
  • Working closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student growth
  • Maintaining accurate records and participating in school-based meetings
