Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:
- Day shifts: 10-hour or 12-hour options
- Call requirement: Participate in a weekend rotation (one weekend every 4 weeks), plus some short and long call shifts
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license for Rhode Island or compact state eligibility
- BLS certification required
- Demonstrated experience with general, orthopedic, and neuro surgical procedures
- Proficiency with Davinci Robotics is essential
- Previous Operating Room nursing experience, with a strong understanding of best practices and safety protocols
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective care throughout all perioperative phases
- Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain a sterile field and ensure proper instrument usage
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of procedures and patient responses
- Advocate for patient safety and comfort during all surgical interventions
- Participate in call rotations as required, ensuring rapid and skilled response

$2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
