Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required)
• Experience working with young children, especially in educational settings
• Strong knowledge of speech/language development and therapy techniques
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to helping all students reach their communication goals

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech and language therapy for early childhood students
• Assess, diagnose, and create tailored treatment plans for diverse communication needs
• Work in full partnership with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Promote an inclusive, positive learning environment for all students
