Job Summary
A Clermont, KY corporate office is seeking a Receptionist for a short-term contract assignment from 8/18 through 8/25. This Receptionist role is ideal for a professional, courteous candidate with prior front desk or reception experience who enjoys providing excellent service over the phone.
This opportunity offers a structured office setting, consistent daytime hours, and the chance to support a professional corporate team within the food and beverage production industry. The ideal candidate will be dependable, polished, and comfortable managing a multi-line phone system while creating a positive first impression for callers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system in a professional and courteous manner.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or contact accurately and efficiently.
- Take detailed messages and ensure prompt delivery to the correct recipient.
- Provide excellent customer service to callers and respond to basic questions as needed.
- Support additional reception and front office duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Assignment dates: 8/18 through 8/25.
- Schedule: 7:30am to 4:30pm.
- Location: Clermont, KY.
