The Gardens at St. Elizabeth, located in the historic Highlands neighborhood of Denver, is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community looking for a Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator to join its team!

Job Responsibilities:

This role will assist in our Memory Care building and will complete assessments, development, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of the residents provided and of the unique needs and interest of each resident served. Assist in the planning, scheduling, and implementation of both group and individual on-going programs of activities designed to meet the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Completes the Resident Activity Assessment in accordance with facility, federal, and state guidelines and documents the activity interests and needs of each resident.

Pay rate is $21.00-$23.40, depending on experience.

Requirements:

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• 90-hour Basic Activity Course, OT, or OTA preferred or Certified Activity Specialist
• Two years of experience in social or recreational programs in long-term care preferred.

Salary/Compensation: $21.00 - $23.40 per hour
