Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Syracuse Area, NY Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends Round-and-go model in post-acute and long-term care settings Psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health care for older adults W-2 position with $150K–$200K+ plus productivity Full benefits, malpractice, PTO, 401(k), and company-issued iPad PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C | New York license and DEA (or eligible) Open to experienced clinicians only Syracuse area with easy access to the Finger Lakes and Central New York
