TIG Welder – 2nd ShiftLocation: Fairfield, NJ Are you a qualified TIG Welder working with aluminum or other non-steel metals?\n
\nWe’re looking for a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team and help produce high-quality, precision-built components. In this role, you’ll operate a variety of fabrication equipment and perform manual TIG welding, with additional opportunities to work with advanced robotic and spot-welding systems.This is a temp-to-hire position, with the potential to convert to full-time in under 60 days for the right candidate seeking a long-term opportunity and professional growth.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:15 PM – 11:30 PM, (Includes 2 weeks of orientation on 1st shift)Pay Range: UP TO $25 per hour (based on your experience)Qualifications:\n
\nConversational English required\n
\nMinimum 18 months of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting\n
\nExperience welding aluminum extrusions to precise dimensions, lengths and angles.\n
\nFamiliarity with using miter saws, grinders, and measuring equipment.\n
\nSkill in prepping materials for painting using sanding equipment.\n
\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.\n
