Pay: $70,000 - $78,000/year

Shifts:

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM

3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Weekend Days: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Weekend Nights: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Job Summary

Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This individual will manage warehouse staff, monitor inventory, coordinate order fulfillment, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a safe and productive workplace.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associates and daily operations
• Monitor inventory levels and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate order fulfillment activities
• Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance
• Resolve operational and inventory issues
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed
• Support continuous process improvements
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams
  
  Must Have Requirements
• 3-5+ years of inventory management experience
• 3-5+ years of warehouse logistics experience
• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience
• Experience in a 3PL (Third Party Logistics) environment
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
