This contract opportunity focuses on guiding an onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) working with students in a dynamic school environment. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Holds a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or is a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Previous experience in school-based speech-language pathology practice
  • Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Strong ability to communicate, mentor, and supervise remotely
  • Familiarity with technology for telepractice/virtual supervision

  • Oversee and provide clinical guidance to an onsite SLPA, ensuring compliance with state and district-specific standards
  • Monitor and review SLPA caseloads, documentation, and intervention plans
  • Facilitate regular virtual meetings to support skill development and ongoing learning
  • Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and stakeholders to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and timely communication for supervision and support
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in school-based SLP services and telepractice
