Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification (required)
- Experience with elementary-aged students, preferably in specialized or self-contained settings
- Familiarity with ABA methodology is a plus

- Passion for working with diverse and exceptional learners
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students in grades 3-5
- Utilize data-driven instructional methods tailored to student needs
- Establish a positive classroom climate in self-contained ABA and FLEX rooms
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families
- Foster student independence and achievement through individualized supports
- Maintain comprehensive student records and document progress
