Job Description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting general education and ESL students in a dynamic school community near Lake Zurich, IL. This full-time, onsite position begins in August and extends through May 2027, making it ideal for passionate educators who thrive in collaborative, multicultural environments.
Multiple positions are available teaching 5th Grade Dual Math/Science (two openings), 5th Grade Dual Social Studies/English Language Arts (one opening), and 6th Grade Dual Math/Science (one opening). Additionally, an educator experienced in K-2 English as a Second Language will provide critical early language support for PreK students.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field required
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with the appropriate subject and grade-level endorsements
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum planning, instruction, and classroom management
- Excellence in both written and verbal communication
- Previous experience in general education or ESL instruction strongly preferred
