Position Summary
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a customer-focused B2B Sales Specialist to serve as a key point of contact between the company and its customers. This individual will support both internal and external stakeholders by managing customer inquiries, coordinating order activities, maintaining accurate customer records, and delivering exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted resource for customers by developing strong relationships and providing product and service guidance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information within company systems.
- Process customer orders and support order management activities with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, production, and leadership teams to support customer needs and deliver solutions.
- Monitor open orders and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate key insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and operational effectiveness.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales, customer service, account management, inside sales, or customer support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution.
- Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems.
- Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, or business-to-business environment.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical product information.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to support customer requirements.
- Customer-first mentality.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Adaptable and eager to learn.
