This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with school staff and families, designing and delivering specialized support for children and adolescents.

Ideal candidates will bring both expertise and dedication to fostering communication and language skills in diverse student populations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and maintain detailed documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs
  • Create and deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored for each student
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, counselors, and parents
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, ensuring students receive appropriate services
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines
  • Provide support, consultation, and training for school staff as needed
