This in-person, contract role spans from August 18, 2026, through June 4, 2027, offering consistent full-time hours—37.5 each week—in a collaborative educational environment.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
- Provide therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, within a school setting
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student goals
- Maintain documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP team meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
