Key Qualifications:

  • Current or eligible Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
  • Hold Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or be currently working toward Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY).
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals.
  • Dedication to fostering positive outcomes for students with diverse speech and language needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students as determined by Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to develop effective communication interventions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and actively participate in IEP meetings.
  • Engage families in the therapeutic process and provide strategies and resources for continued growth at home.

Compensation for this contract role starts at $43 per hour or higher, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
