This is a full-time contract opportunity working alongside K-8th grade students in a vibrant, supportive educational setting near Tolleson, AZ. As part of a collaborative school-based team, your contributions will help children develop key fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills—setting them up for academic and personal achievement.

What You Bring:

  • Active Arizona COTA license
  • At least one year of pediatric experience (school-based preferred)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with OTs, educators, families, and students
  • Independent problem-solving skills and a passion for empowering children
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and supporting individualized student goals

Your Daily Impact:

  • Carry out occupational therapy treatment plans under a supervising OT
  • Play an active role in developing IEPs and setting meaningful student objectives
  • Support students with self-care, sensory processing, and classroom-specific tasks
  • Track and document students’ progress, ensuring growth and success are celebrated
  • Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to share strategies and maximize student potential
