Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Current and active BCBA certification
- Experience working within school settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Train and support school staff in the implementation of behavioral strategies and interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data-driven decisions
- Consult with educators, administrators, and families to promote positive school climates
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with school policies and ethical guidelines
- Provide crisis intervention and collaborative problem-solving as needed
