Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current and active BCBA certification
  • Experience working within school settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Train and support school staff in the implementation of behavioral strategies and interventions

  • Consult with educators, administrators, and families to promote positive school climates
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with school policies and ethical guidelines
  • Provide crisis intervention and collaborative problem-solving as needed
