Qualifications:

• Valid and current RN license
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a sterile surgical field and identify/respond to complications rapidly
• Document all aspects of care accurately in patient records
• Adhere to facility protocols, patient safety guidelines, and infection control standards

$1,701 - $1,860/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
