Our organization is in search of a Full-Time Physician to join the Internal and Family Medicine team. Located at 1444 Western Avenue, Suite B, Albany, NY, our Internal and Family Medicine practice provides a range of essential healthcare services. These include annual physicals for health maintenance, care for illnesses and injuries, management of chronic medical conditions, preventive immunizations, and wellness services such as cancer screenings. Our skilled providers are dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles and empowering patients to take control of their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients.
  • Engage in preventive health measures and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
Qualifications
  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • Possess a valid New York State medical license.
  • DEA certification is required.
  • A strong passion for providing primary care is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Our organization provides a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

  • A salary range of $250,000 to $260,000.
  • This salary reflects the starting range and does not include potential productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, or additional cash compensation that may apply.
  • A signing bonus of up to $75,000.
  • A retention bonus of $25,000.
  • Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on.
