Position: PM Cook 12:30pm-9pm
Pay: $15.00/hour
Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM (weekends required)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a PM Cook to start IMMEDIATELY at $15/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager with food and meal preparation
- Maintain cash receipts and meal records
- Help complete daily reports
- Ensure high standards of sanitation and kitchen safety
- Support food safety compliance and proper food handling
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of baking methods and food safety regulations
- Ability to obtain food safety certification(s)
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
Skills:
- Cold Food Prep and food/meal preparation
- Kitchen sanitation and safety practices
- Proper food handling and storage
- Use of PPE and adherence to food safety standards
- Good communication and record-keeping skills
