Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Bilingual Spanish HR Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Anaheim, CA, supporting a construction-related industrial facilities and infrastructure environment. This hands-on role is ideal for a human resources professional who enjoys partnering closely with shop teams, field crews, office staff, leadership, and safety teams to keep daily HR operations running smoothly.
The HR Manager will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and performance support. This is a strong opportunity for someone who values a practical, people-focused HR role in a stable, team-oriented work environment with supportive leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for shop, field, and office positions.
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, coaching, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with California labor laws, including wage and hour requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, personnel files, and confidential documentation.
- Coordinate benefits administration, payroll-related updates, and employee status changes.
- Partner with leadership and safety teams on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workforce support.
