Job Description

Two maternity leave coverage opportunities are available, offering a rewarding contract experience in educational settings near Lansing, MI. The positions involve supporting young learners in Stockbridge (full-time) and Dansville (part-time) from December 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Hold an active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience in school-based settings, specifically with early childhood caseloads, preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
- Must be self-driven, flexible, and adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- SLPAs and VOCO candidates will not be considered
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to early childhood students per IEPs
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student growth
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, completing timely and accurate documentation
- Support positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
