Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist (or eligibility)
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools and evidence-based interventions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective plans
• Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation to students and staff
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to improve learning outcomes
• Advocate for practices that support equity and a positive school climate
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
