In this full-time, on-site, school-based itinerant role, you’ll primarily partner with School Psychologists to provide evaluative support, expert data collection, and behavioral consultation—ensuring comprehensive, student-centered assessments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Active BCBA certification in Texas (required)
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Ability to complete Texas Education Agency fingerprinting prior to start, unless recently completed for another public district
- Expertise in administering behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evaluative support working alongside School Psychologists (LSSPs)
- Conduct specialized assessments and direct observations
- Design and implement behavioral consultation and functional assessments
- Travel between assigned schools within the district to deliver services
