Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Wisconsin (or willingness to obtain)
- School-based SLP experience preferred, with comfort serving diverse student populations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive SLP services to a caseload of approximately 38–40 students spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams and adapt therapy plans to meet individual needs
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
