Responsibilities

  • Assemble electro-mechanical components by following detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering blueprints accurately.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology techniques to assemble electronic circuits and mechanical parts.
  • Build electrical panels, wire electrical components, and ensure proper connections according to IPC 610 standards.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during assembly using testing tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters.
  • Perform quality inspections of assembled components to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Document assembly processes, test results, and any deviations or issues encountered during production.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve troubleshooting challenges related to electro-mechanical components.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

  • Proven experience in electronics assembly, electrical wiring, and mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly processes including surface mount technology.
  • Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their integration into electro-mechanical systems.
  • Skilled in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately.
  • Experience with soldering techniques in accordance with IPC 610 standards.
  • Hands-on experience building electrical panels and wiring complex systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot engineering issues related to electro-mechanical components effectively.
  • Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and testing instruments such as ohmmeters.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including machining and assembly procedures.
