This assignment features a unique leadership component as a Virtual SLP Supervisor, overseeing an onsite SLPA. As part of your responsibilities, you will implement evidence-based practices, monitor student progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Prior school-based experience preferred
  • Experience in remote supervision or strong desire to develop virtual leadership skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students
  • Supervise and support the onsite SLPA virtually
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and staff
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
