This assignment features a unique leadership component as a Virtual SLP Supervisor, overseeing an onsite SLPA. As part of your responsibilities, you will implement evidence-based practices, monitor student progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Experience in remote supervision or strong desire to develop virtual leadership skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students
- Supervise and support the onsite SLPA virtually
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and staff
- Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
