Qualifications:
- Current Oregon Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Experience or interest in working with elementary-aged students
- Previous pediatric, school-based OT, or educational team experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to a variety of student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging OT interventions in accordance with IEPs for a diverse population of mostly elementary students
- Complete assessments and document progress, maintaining accurate, compliant records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ functional skills in the classroom and beyond
- Provide consultation and training to staff and families on strategies and accommodations
- Attend team meetings, case conferences, and contribute to IEP development
