Make a difference in the lives of students across the Windsor and surrounding areas by providing expert behavioral support during a maternity leave coverage. In this contract role, you'll serve as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) across three conveniently located sites, working with secondary-aged students. With a balanced, part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, this opportunity offers rewarding work with supportive teams and the chance to positively impact student achievement and well-being.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA Certification is required
  • Experience working with middle and high school populations preferred
  • Familiarity with multi-site or itinerant service models
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong data analysis and behavioral intervention abilities
  • Ability to travel between sites in the Windsor area

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support behavioral interventions for caseloads at three nearby sites:-- Middle school group: 15 students-- High school group: 22 students-- Offsite campus group: 6 students
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with school teams to train staff and provide ongoing consultation
  • Monitor student progress, adjust strategies as needed, and maintain clear documentation
  • Act as a resource for best practices in behavioral supports
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards throughout all activities

This role’s schedule follows the academic calendar with a contracted period from September 1 to January 5, making it an ideal opportunity for professionals seeking part-time flexibility or supplementing their current commitments.
