Overview:

Seat Assembler – Athens, AL
Pay: $17.50 - $19/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Start ASAP

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:45 AM
Job Summary:
We are hiring Seat Assemblers in Athens, AL for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves assembling automotive seating components with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble seat components according to specifications
  • Use hand tools and equipment to complete assemblies
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Must be able to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to work overtime as required
