Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Washington state ESA certificate (district will consider pending applicants and offer assistance with expedited processing)
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students (caseload of approximately 45)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Assess, monitor, and document students’ progress
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
  • Deliver services across upper elementary and middle school grades
